DescriptionA large part of the artist’s pictorial production presents fantastic visions, sometimes associated with surrealism, that escape accurate interpretation. Abrupt changes in scale and incongruous elements contribute to the mystery in many of his paintings. Dynamism is achieved by brushstrokes that form diagonal and curved lines, allowing the viewer to experience a sensation of rotational movement. These elements, rather than elucidating, accentuate the work's sense of mystery. Therefore, rather than attempting to break the hermeticism of this painting, it is more practical to highlight formal aspects, such as contrasts achieved through the juxtaposition of complementary colors, attention to detail, and the selective application of varnish to highlight different areas of the composition.
