BiographyInterested in atmosphere, time, color and temperature. He has painted a series on E l Yunque at different times of the day and season and in different styles. He is interest in ecology. El Yunque is powerful, and precious and in danger of disappearing. Encroachment from development and the site of Agent Orange testing by the U.S. government in the past. He grew up going to El Yunque and spending time there and hallucinating as a teenager. He has been researching and painting el Yunque for3 years and he does not know when he will be finished with the series. Began in 2004. Interested in how to deal with what he is seeing, experiencing, and reading about in the painting.
