Not on viewDescriptionThis painting which evidently has been cut from a larger panel is a relatively late example of Tuscan crosses. Unfortunately, both arms are missing below the shoulders. They were probably painted on separate pieces of wood which, in the course of time, have disappeared. Stylistically the picture should be compared to Pacino di Bonaguida's "Tree of the Hole Cross" (Accademia di Belli Arti, Florence) and his "Crucifixion with Saints" in the same museum.
